President & Vice President

Theresa and Terry Ream are the President and Vice President of The Ream Companies. They are proud to say all 4 of the businesses under The Ream Companies, including Floor Store USA's Flooring America, are Women Minority Businesses and serve the local communities of the Monterey Peninsula and beyond! Theresa and Terry Ream have been married for over 45 years, making them a great team in life and business.

Jesse Avilla

Project Manager

Jesse Avila was born and raised on the Central Coast, giving him insight on flooring that only a local can have! He has over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, starting out as a flooring installer and hardwood refinisher has given Jesse a keen eye for project details. He has a wide range of hands-on experience with different surfaces and a wealth of knowledge on products and installation techniques. Jesse enjoys working with designers, contractors, and insurance loss projects. He is certified by the Wood Flooring Association, Bona, and Armstrong.

Project Manager

Amanda loves helping people find the best option for their home design needs. Collaborating with designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners is where her passion lies. Amanda has a vast background working with the design community, she worked for 20 years at the San Francisco Design Center before settling down on the Monterey Peninsula and finding her niche in flooring. She has an aptitude for and loves helping trade professionals and homeowners find the perfect flooring solution for their home. She specializes in new “designer looks” in wool, sisal, rugs, and more!

Ray Vasquez

Project Coordinator 
 

Ray joined our team over 13 years ago! He has a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Fresno State University. He takes great pride in helping out customers on their home remodeling projects and has extensive knowledge of flooring and design. As the project coordinator, he will be the friendly face working behind the scenes on your project from start to finish.
